Aeratron Terms & Conditions
Please ensure that you have read all terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase. By purchasing any item, you have agreed to the exclusive terms and conditions governing the sales between the Customer and Aeratron. Please carefully consider the products you are ordering prior to purchasing. This invoice is subject to the following terms and conditions, which may be modified only if Aeratron agrees in writing. Any inconsistent terms in Buyer’s order of confirmation will not be binding on Aeratron.
Orders All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Aeratron which is a wholly U.S. owned and operated entity. Fulfillment of orders will be handled by Aeratron’s US distribution center.
Prices - All of our prices are in US dollars (USD) current as of 01 May 2026 and subject to shipping and other charges as appropriate for the jurisdiction sold. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers and are subject to change without notice. All sales, excise and similar taxes Aeratron may be required to pay or collect with respect to the goods covered by this invoice shall be for the account of the Buyer, except as otherwise provided by law.
Customer Service Policy - Aeratron is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Shipping - Free Shipping is limited to items shipped within the Contiguous USA as detailed below. Items indicated as Free Shipping will be delivered using the shipping method of our choice. Items that must be shipped via Common Carrier (trucked items) will be delivered to a freight terminal (see above restrictions for freight deliveries). Free Shipping for trucked items is limited to shipping costs up to $200.00. Because the cost of shipping items via common carrier changes almost daily due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, we reserve the right to not ship any order via common carrier if the cost quoted by the carrier exceeds $200.00. If this is the case, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel your order or cover any additional costs over $200.00 and proceed with your order. Free Shipping may not apply to discounted orders placed through a trade account or where we have matched or beat the price of a competitor, in which cases the overall delivered cost of goods has been considered in the reduction of the price.
Free shipping is limited to items that are shipped via standard UPS or FedEx ground in the Contiguous USA (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii). Free Shipping does not apply to the following: Oversized items or items that must be shipped via common carrier (see "Trucked Items" below), custom items unless otherwise noted on our website, trade account orders that have special pricing, price matched orders where the overall delivered price has been reduced to match or beat a competitors price where the competitor has a shipping charge, and items with unusual dimensions or packaging that require special handling. Multiple orders cannot be combined to meet the over $40 minimum for free shipping. If you need to add an item to an existing order and all or a portion of the order has already shipped, free shipping will not apply for the new item/order unless it is over $40. Call for details!
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere outside the contiguous USA
Free shipping does NOT apply to Alaska and Hawaii or any other country or territory outside the contiguous United States!
Although our shopping cart allows orders from Alaska and Hawaii to be processed with apparent free shipping, these are exceptions that we must handle manually. If you place an order to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii in our shopping cart, we will contact you with a separate quote for shipping. If you do not wish to pay the shipping cost, we will cancel your order before it is processed. If you live anywhere else outside the contiguous USA, please call us for a shipping quote.
Trucked Items
Items that are shipped via Freight Truck that are indicated as Free Shipping will usually be delivered to your curbside. We allocate $250.00 total for delivery of freight items to the curbside under our Free Shipping policy. If the cost to ship an item to your curbside exceeds $250.00, we may choose to have the item delivered to a freight terminal near you and you will be responsible for either picking the item up from the terminal or contracting with a local delivery service to pick up the item and deliver it to your home. We do not place a restriction of $250 for delivery to a terminal. If the shipping cost exceeds $250 for delivery to a terminal, we cover that additional cost. If there is an additional charge required to deliver an item to your curbside, we will contact you prior to processing your order and give you a freight quote so you can decide whether or not to go forward with your order. The same holds true for any item shipped outside of the contiguous USA. Additional charges can be expected if you live in a remote location, a location with unusual or difficult access, or location that requires a ferry.
Orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days depending on product availability. If a product is not available, the online store will indicate its status and offer customers to place the item on backorder and advised by email when stock has been replenished. While all care is taken in the packaging and shipping of your purchase, we will assume no liability for any late delivery. Aeratron shall not be responsible for delays in delivery or any failure to deliver due to causes beyond Aeratron’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or foreign government regulations or orders, fires, floods, strikes, lockouts and other labor difficulties or shortages of material or inability to obtain shipping space or transportation. Please contact us to enquire about shipping any large quantity or special orders.
Product Availability and Pricing Every effort will be made to satisfy your order. If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply ordered items that our website has said was available at the time of purchase we will notify you via email. In this instance, you will be offered to place your item(s) either on back order or you will have the option to remove that item from your order. Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected as they are discovered and Aeratron reserves the right to revoke any offer, terminate any agreement, correct any error, omission or inaccuracy at any time (including after an order has been placed).
Product Images & Descriptions - While every effort is made to ensure product images and descriptions as accurate as possible, errors may unintentionally occur.
Changes to Terms - These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Aeratron. This contract may not be modified or terminated orally. No claimed modification, termination or waiver of any of its provisions shall be valid unless in writing signed by the Aeratron’s duly authorized representative.
Legal Capacity - By purchasing a product from an Aeratron website you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have the capacity to make a legally binding contract. All controversies and claims arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled solely by arbitration held in San Bernardino, California in accordance with the rules then obtaining of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon any award thereon may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any demand for arbitration thereunder shall be made not later than ninety (90) days after delivery of the goods.
Privacy Policy
Aeratron is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalize your shopping experience with us; that is all. Aeratron uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies are sent to your computer from Aeratron only while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalized shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience. Whenever you use our website, or any other website, the computer on which the webpages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested webpages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called “IP address,” and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalize an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order. When purchasing from Aeratron your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. This contract shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Texas.
If you experience problems viewing portions of our site, it is possible that your browser security settings are not allowing us to use cookies. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and encourage you to modify your browser settings to allow cookies from our site.
Our website does not incorporate any hidden means of "Grabbing" your email address. The only way that we can get your email address is if you supply it to us by sending us an email, or by filling out our information request form. We will not sell or send your email address to any company or individual outside of our organization.
If you do correspond with us via email or supply your email address to us using our information request form, we may occasionally send you an email or email newsletter informing you of special offers, new products, or major upgrades that we make to our web site. If you do not wish for us to send these emails to you, there is an unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each email, so you can always "Opt-out" of our email list...or you can send an email to: info@aeratron.io and simply include in your message your desire to be removed from our email list.
Other policies
Cancelled Orders - If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact customer service via email at: info@aeratron.io as soon as possible in order to avoid any shipping charges. If no portion of your order has shipped you may cancel your order without incurring any charges. If any portion of your order has shipped or has been staged for shipping, the shipping charges that are incurred will be charged to your account and the remaining balance will be credited. In order to have a document trail for both parties, cancellations may only be made via e-mail, no other method will be accepted.
Payment - To provide maximum security for our customers, we do not keep credit card numbers on file or store them in a database where a 3rd party could access them. Instead, when you place an order by credit card either over the phone or using our secure shopping cart, your credit card is verified through a federally approved secure system and funds for the order are reserved for a short period of time (several days). Your card is not charged by the bank until your order is shipped. If there are multiple items on your order that ship on different days or from different locations, you will see separate charges on your statement for the items on each shipment. If a custom order or back ordered items that takes longer to fulfil than the amount of time the funds are reserved, we will call you and take your credit card payment again over the phone when the item is ready to ship.
Order Confirmations - If an e-mail address is provided you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Be sure to check your confirmation to ensure all of the information is correct including the shipping address and the individual items on the order. If you find something wrong, please email to info@aeratron.io with the corrections within 48 hours of the e-mailed confirmation. Otherwise, we will assume everything is correct and process your order as it is shown in the confirmation. Placing an order either by phone or through our shopping cart is an agreement to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Refused Merchandise - Refused merchandise without receiving an RGA# from Aeratron will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense with the exception of freight merchandise that has been refused due to damage (see Defective Merchandise). Installation - Installation fees, proper installation and use of any products purchased from Aeratron is the sole responsibility of the customer. Aeratron are not liable in any case for any costs and or damages associated with the installation or use of products purchased from us. In cases where a product is defective, although we may send a replacement for a defective item as stated in the terms above, we are not liable for any additional costs associated with removing or repairing the defective item and/or installing a replacement.
Trade Accounts - Trade accounts are subject to additional policies and mutual agreements that may or may not differ from the above policies.
Aeratron Returns Policy
No goods shall be returned to Aeratron without Aeratron’s written consent. In no event shall Aeratron be liable for the cost of processing, lost profits, injury to goodwill or any other special or consequential damages. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Aeratron online store only.
Please carefully consider the products you are ordering prior to purchasing. You will require a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) from us and we will not cover the costs of shipping, insurance or damage to the product or packaging. Please see our returns policy for more details.
This policy applies to all retail sales items with the following exceptions: custom made items, closeout specials, items less than $40, discontinued items or items that we no longer carry. Also, purchases made through our trade department may not qualify for this policy because they generally have special conditions and requirements that are negotiated separately.
Products that have not been installed will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from the returned funds.
Products that have been installed OR sold with a custom paint or appearance package are final and non-refundable.
An additional service fee and/or parts replacement fee may be applied for any product that is returned missing components, damaged in shipment, or that has been modified in any way. Such fees and charges will vary based upon the actual material and labor costs necessary to repair the product, replace missing or modified parts, and to return the product to its original factory condition.
Processing a Return
All returns require an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number regardless of whether an item is new or defective. Any returns sent without the proper RMA # will be refused. To request a RMA, simply email customer service at: info@aeratron.io stating you would like to make a return. Please include your original invoice number along with the brand name and model number of the items you wish to return from that invoice as well as a detailed description of why you wish to make the return. Including some pictures with your return request has also proven to be quite beneficial. You will receive further instructions within 3 business days. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
To help ensure an item will meet the requirements of our policy, please follow these simple guidelines:
- Open your package carefully without tearing up the box...so use a knife to cut the tape.
- Keep all of the packaging material intact and organized and take care to notice how the item was packaged so you can easily repackage it in the event you decide to return it.
- Do not tear open hardware packages or other items inside the box that are in sealed plastic and do not cut any wires or make any modifications to the item until you are sure you are going to keep it and are preparing to assemble or install it.
- Do not write anything on the box or attach any additional labels unless otherwise instructed to do so by one of our customer service representatives.
- Use only clear packaging tape to reseal the box once you have repackaged it.
When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it before placing it back on the shelf for resale. If all is good, we will refund for the entire amount you paid for the item less any shipping charges and the 25% restocking fee.
Our return policy does not apply to items on our site that have been discontinued or are indicated as "Closeout Special". Although we will accept the cancellation of a Closeout Special item prior to shipping, once a discontinued or Closeout Special item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned.

Product Warranty
Aeratron Warranty USA
The following explains the terms of our Warranty, the customer’s recourse, and Aeratron’s Limit of Liability for all and any losses in connection with Aeratron products.
What products are covered by this Warranty?
This Warranty covers the AERATRON AE2+, AE3+ FQ and FR3 series ceiling fans and accessories sold in the United States and Canada by Aeratron and its Authorized Distributors from 01 October 2018. It covers the motor and other components of your AERATRON ceiling fan against defects in workmanship and materials. You must be the original purchaser or user of the AERATRON product to be covered.
What is the Warranty Period
Aeratron products purchased new are covered by a 30 Year Motor Warranty and 1 year parts warranty effective from the date of purchase (proof will be required at time of claim).
How do I make a Warranty claim?
If you feel that your product was damaged in transit or is faulty, damaged or incomplete DO NOT attempt to install it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by visiting our website at www.aeratron.io (contact) or email us at info@aeratron.io and one of our engineers will respond to your claim. If you claim is related to damage incurred during original shipping you may be required to photograph the packaging prior to unpacking, we’ll tell you what to do from there. For further information, please refer to our “returns policy”.
Who is responsible for what in an Aeratron Warranty claim?
THE CUSTOMER is responsible for the removal of the fan and all re-packing, shipping and insurance costs to return the fan to Aeratron. The customer is also responsible for the re-assembly of parts or re-installation of any replacement fan. For further information, please refer to our “returns policy”.
AERATRON will at its own cost and at its own discretion;
- Repair or replace any defective component, part or assembly.
- Replace the entire product or accessory.
- Refund your purchase price less the costs to remove and ship the product to us for claim.
- Return any repaired or replaced product or accessory at its own cost.
- Use only clear packaging tape to reseal the box once you have repackaged it.
Important - There are no Warranties, Express of Implied, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof; Aeratron disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. If any portion of the goods delivered to Buyer are defective or are otherwise not in accordance with contract specifications, Aeratron shall have the right in its discretion either to replace such defective goods or to refund the portion of the purchase price applicable thereto. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we’ll issue you with an RMA. Please note that we may request photographic evidence of damage in advance of issuing an RMA to return your damaged fan. All faulty or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge by Aeratron. For any items that are either damaged or faulty you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Damaged/faulty items returned for warranty claim must be accompanied by an RMA from Aeratron, please see our Returns Policy for additional information.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties. The duration of any implied warranty, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, in respect to any ceiling fan motor parts or accessories, is expressly limited to the period of the express warranty set forth above for such motor, parts, or accessories.
This warranty is void if your fan is not purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from Aeratron and installed in the United States or Canada.
This warranty does not apply and is void in cases of improper installation, failure of supporting devices not supplied, such as original mounting hardware, neglect, accident, misuse, exposure to environmental extremes such as heat or humidity, or as a result of modification to the original product. All costs of removal and reinstallation of the fan are the expressed responsibility of the original user / purchaser.
Aeratron reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time and will supply equal or similar parts and/or product in the event of replacement. Repair, replacement or service to the fan motor, parts, or accessories should be secured by immediately contacting our Customer Service Department at www.aeratron.io/contact or email to info@aeratron.io
Most problems can be handled by one of our customer service representatives over the telephone.
The following is NOT covered by the Warranty
- This Warranty is limited to the original purchaser only installed in its original location.
- Any damage incurred after delivery that is not caused by a fault in the product materials or workmanship.
- Electrical damage from lightning or power surges.
- Damage due to incorrect installation.
- Power supply quality issues or other influence of control or information access systems operated over power delivery infrastructure.
- Water damage of any kind.
- Damage arising from connection to or use with alternative power systems (e.g. inverters, solar, etc.).
- Repair, hacks, modifications of the product’s power supply and or control systems.
- Repairs or service by parties not authorized by Aeratron.
- Mishandling, improper installation, modifications, or damage to your ceiling fan while in your possession.
- Misuse of the ceiling fan or its parts and components for purposes other than originally intended by Aeratron, i.e. as a ceiling fan for personal cooling purposes.
- Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, claims for damage to furniture, carpet, walls, ceilings, foundations or any other consequential loss either directly or indirectly resulting from a faulty ceiling fan.
- Signals sent through the mains power supply by the electricity supplier and other signals including those for streetlights and such. These signals may cause an intermittent humming in the ceiling fan. It is not the fault of the ceiling fan.
- Aeratron Ceiling Fans not purchased and installed in the United States or the Provinces of Canada.
Please Note: When claiming warranty you will be required to provide the following information;
- Original purchase receipt.
- Date of purchase.
- Place of purchase.
- Model and color of the fan.
- Photographic evidence of damage if relevant.
For breach of any written express or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited exclusively to the remedies provided in this warranty. I no event shall Aeratron be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Coastal Environments
The environment within ten miles of a sea coast can be extremely corrosive. Even with appropriate maintenance, products installed in this environment will typically deteriorate more than products installed in other, less severe environments. Corrosion and/or deterioration is considered "normal wear" in this environment. Therefore, any claim for finish failures, or for corrosion of fixture components due to coastal environment conditions is not applicable to the product warranty.
