Very bright (850lm)

For most people the dimming might be adequate, but I would prefer a much lower light output-- 100 lumens dimmable to 20 would be great. I just use the light for a bit of ambient fill-in lighting.

FWIW, if you have a light surface below the fan the ceiling reflections of the moving blades can be annoying.

Beautiful fan, great airflow

I purchased two of the AE3 Fans and light kits. Love the fans great look and airflow. The light kit puts out very bright light and has a minimalist look I was hoping for except it isn't quite flush in the mounting. Don't get me wrong I like it but had it been totally flush I would have loved it.

ACK Not all good things come in small packages.

Just had fan and light installed July 5th. At first I thought, nicely compact- and then couldn't even open my eyes to look into room (forget about At light. The fan is at the foot of the bed, center of room. ! The electrician put it on the dimmest level and still to glaring. He suggested I ask for a replacement and I will.
